Automation of Paper Tube Winder using Embedded System

• The Objective of this project is to make the paper tubes in an efficient manner,without man power and wastage.The paper tubes are manufactured by using brown card and white paper.During the process of making the paper tubes,white paper is stacked on to the brown card and it is rotated by the rotator.To accomplish this brown card,white paper must come at the same time.

• However due to very thin nature of white paper,it may not come at the same time.This Result in the arrival of brown card alone and consequently the glue will be applied on the card.It will make the brown card to stick on the rotator which will cause the machine damage and will affect the production rate.

• In this situation,a person needed to turn off the machine manually.In addition to this,there is a need of labour to count the number of paper tubes and to scruntinize the emptying of paper bundle.In order to avoid these problems an innovative approach in embedded system is coined to indicate the emptying of paper bundle,to count the paper tubes and to stop the machine automatically.
